Russian drone hits residential building in Odesa
A morning attack by enemy drones on Odesa resulted in the destruction of a private residential building in one of the city’s districts.
This was officially reported by the Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.
The occupiers continue to terrorize the civilian population, using kamikaze drones to strike civilian infrastructure.
According to Lysak, a large fire broke out at the site of impact, which rescue units are currently trying to extinguish.
As a result of the direct hit by the strike UAV, the private building suffered significant destruction and was practically destroyed by fire. All relevant emergency services and law enforcement agencies were promptly deployed to the scene.
Despite the severity of the building’s damage, preliminary reports indicate that no casualties occurred. The city military administration confirmed that there is no current information about dead or injured residents.
It is recalled that Russian forces recently shelled settlements in Donetsk Oblast 14 times in 24 hours, resulting in fatalities.
Additionally, Russia carried out a massive Shahed drone attack on Ukraine, with air defence shooting down 84 out of 94 drones.
