The SBU struck four Russian radar stations
Drones operated by the Security Service of Ukraine struck four Russian radar stations in the Krasnodar Krai. Three oil refineries in Ufa, located approximately 1,600 km from the Ukrainian border, were also targeted.
According to the SBU, Ukrainian drones attacked Russian fuel and military infrastructure last night. The security service stated that the operations are aimed at reducing Russia’s military capabilities. Long-range SBU drones struck the infrastructure of three oil refineries in Ufa, the capital of the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan.
These are the “Bashneft-UNPZ,” “Bashneft-Novoyl,” and “Bashneft-Ufanaftokhim” facilities. All of them are part of the Bashneft group and together form one of Russia’s largest oil refining clusters. The combined capacity of these facilities exceeds 23 million metric tons of crude oil per year.
The local refineries produce gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, lubricants, and other products. Some of this fuel is used to meet the needs of the Russian military. The SBU emphasized that oil refineries remain important targets for Ukrainian strikes, as they supply Russian troops with fuel. In addition, the oil industry generates significant revenue for Russia, which the Kremlin uses to finance the war against Ukraine.

In addition to oil refineries, Ukrainian drones attacked radar stations in the Krasnodar Krai. According to the SBU, three “Podlyot-K1” radar stations and one “Kasta-2E2” station were struck. The Russian military uses them to detect aerial targets.
Thus, during a single operation, Ukrainian drones struck both the Russian Federation’s fuel and military infrastructure.
