Ukrainian defense forces struck the "Kalmiuske" training ground and a number of Russian military facilities
Units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out a series of strikes against key military targets of Russia and the occupying forces, including the “Kalmiuske” combined-arms training ground near Dokuchaevsk in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk Oblast.
According to military sources, the strike on the “Kalmiuske” training ground was part of measures aimed at reducing the offensive capabilities of Russian forces. The extent of the damage is currently being assessed.
In addition, Ukrainian defenders struck enemy drone command posts in the areas of Krysanovo in the Belgorod Oblast of the Russian Federation and Pershotravneve in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Areas where Russian troops were concentrated in Horlivka, Donetsk Oblast, and Karyzha, Kursk Oblast, Russia, were also targeted.
The Ukrainian military also released updated data on the effectiveness of previous operations.
On June 27, as a result of a strike on the “Titan-Barikady” Federal Nuclear Fuel Center in Volgograd, estimated direct damages amounted to approximately 105 million U.S. dollars.
On July 4, following an attack on the St. Petersburg oil terminal, the following were damaged:
- two RVS-3000 storage tanks;
- four RVS-10,000 tanks;
- RVS-15,000 and RVS-20,000 tanks;
- a process pipeline trestle;
- other process equipment at the facility.
On July 6, a strike on the “Slavnafta-YANOS” oil refinery in Yaroslavl resulted in a direct hit on the AVT-6 unit, as well as damage to the pipelines of the AVT-1 and AVT-3 units.
On July 8, an attack on the Borisoglebsk airfield in the Voronezh region caused 28 tanks containing aviation fuel, with a total volume of 1,600 cubic meters, to catch fire.
On the same day, the TAIF-NK oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk (Republic of Tatarstan) was struck. There, a direct hit was recorded, causing a fire in the slow coking unit, as well as damage to cable trestles, pipelines, and technical structures.
On July 10, Ukrainian forces struck the Ilsk Oil Refinery in the Krasnodar Krai. According to the General Staff, the AT-5 and AT-6 units caught fire, pipelines were damaged, and a fire was reported near the AT-2 and AT-3 units.
The General Staff emphasizes that operations to reduce Russia’s military and economic potential are ongoing, and the results of the latest strikes are still being assessed.

On the night of July 11, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched a large-scale strike against Russian vessels in the waters of the Sea of Azov, hitting 21 tankers, four tugboats, two dry cargo ships, and a dredger that were being used to support the occupiers’ military logistics.
In Russia’s Rostov Oblast, a drone attack occurred overnight on four vessels in the waters of the Taganrog Gulf. According to official information from the Russian side, one crew member was killed as a result of the strike.
In addition, on the night of July 10, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of strategic Russian military logistics facilities. The strikes hit 18 vessels, the Ilsk Oil Refinery, oil terminals, and fuel depots.
Furthermore, on the night of July 8, strike drones of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a military airfield in Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Oblast, Russia. This airbase is home to aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which are used for both combat and training missions.
Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have reduced the strength of the Russian army by another 1,260 troops. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces released updated data on enemy losses as of July 8, also reporting the destruction of a significant amount of enemy equipment.
