Zhdanov: Russia may launch more frequent ballistic missile strikes against Ukraine
The Russian army may soon change its air attack tactics by increasing the number of coordinated ballistic missile strikes on specific targets. This view was expressed by military expert Oleg Zhdanov.
According to him, drones will likely be used in small groups to distract Ukrainian air defenses, while the main strike will be delivered by ballistic missiles.
Zhdanov noted that, according to publicly available data from Ukrainian intelligence, Russia produces about 40–50 Iskander missiles each month. In his opinion, this is enough for about ten coordinated missile strikes per month, assuming that about five missiles are used to hit a single target.
At the same time, the expert suggests that at this rate, the occupiers could carry out such attacks roughly once every two to three days.
