Defense forces struck Russian drone launch sites and radar installations

On September 12 and during the night of September 13, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of key military targets belonging to Russian forces. Among them were storage and launch sites for attack drones, relay stations for drone control, and radar systems.

In the temporarily occupied city of Donetsk, Ukrainian forces struck a site where Russian invaders stored, prepared, and launched attack drones.

According to the General Staff, this facility was used to support the deployment of Russian UAVs.

Ground-based relay stations were struck in the areas of Zalizny Port, Skadovsk in the Kherson region, Chornomorsk, and Olenivka in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Russian troops used them to control “Geran” and “Gerbera” attack drones.

An antenna complex belonging to Russian forces was also struck in Olenivka.

In addition, Ukrainian forces struck Russian military facilities in the Bryansk region.

A target-tracking radar station was struck near the village of Ryovni.

A storage facility for Russian weapons and military equipment was struck near Rechitsa.

Defense forces continue to target key military objectives of the Russian invaders.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

On September 13, operators from the Department of Active Operations and the Department of Unmanned Systems of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, as part of a joint deep-strike operation with the Defense Forces, struck the “Slavyansk-EKO” oil refinery in the city of Sl’yansk-on-Kuban in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai.

On the morning of September 13, oil refining infrastructure was attacked in Nizhnekamsk, in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. The city is home to one of the largest and most modern oil refining complexes in the Russian Federation.

On the night of September 12, Ukrainian drones continued to respond symmetrically to Russian attacks on our cities. The drones struck two Russian cities—Tolyatti and Taganrog. In Togliatti, a strategic chemical plant was targeted, while in Taganrog, several fires were reported, including at the airfield and an automobile plant.

As a reminder, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated: Russia, as an aggressor state, will face a response if it launches strikes against Ukraine’s energy system this winter.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported on the results of Ukrainian long-range strikes aimed at weakening Russia’s capacity to wage war against Ukraine. Specifically, Ukrainian strikes hit targets in Dagestan and Udmurtia.

The Brave1 platform has developed an air defense system that is already destroying Russian “Banderole” drone missiles. Importantly, it is significantly cheaper than the targets it destroys.
