Over the past month, the defense forces have carried out more than 16,600 missions using UAVs
In June, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out more than 16,600 logistics and evacuation missions using ground-based robotic systems (GRS), which is 18.6% higher than in May.
Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced this, noting that robotic systems are increasingly being deployed in the most dangerous areas of the front line to deliver ammunition and provisions and to evacuate wounded military personnel and civilians.
To encourage the use of these technologies, units receive points for completed missions, which they exchange via the Brave1 Market platform for new drones, RCS, and electronic warfare equipment. This verification system allows for analyzing the effectiveness of the technology’s deployment and scaling it up efficiently. As part of its procurement expansion, the Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense has already contracted for more than 22,000 UAVs for 2026, with plans to further increase supply volumes.
