Defense Forces Destroyed UAV Warehouses Belonging to Russia's "Rubicon" Unit — General Staff
On September 30 and during the night of October 1, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of military targets belonging to the Russian occupiers. The complete destruction of the “Rubicon” unit’s UAV storage facilities has been confirmed, and a warehouse containing rocket and artillery weapons was also struck.
Specifically, in the Donetsk area, a facility used for the storage, preparation, and launch of strike UAVs was struck.
Striking such targets is one of the Ukrainian Defense Forces’ top priorities, aimed at reducing the Russian occupiers’ ability to use attack drones against civilian infrastructure on Ukrainian territory.
Near Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region, an enemy UAV command post was struck.
Additionally, a warehouse containing rocket and artillery weapons was struck in the Verkhnokamyanka area of Luhansk Oblast.
In addition, an area where Russian units had concentrated weapons and military equipment was struck in the Tymoshivka area of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
It has been confirmed that on September 23, 2026, UAV storage depots belonging to the “Rubicon” unit were destroyed in the Volnovakha area of Donetsk Oblast.

Earlier, Zelenskyy announced that targets in the Black Sea and three regions of the Russian Federation had been struck.
Zelenskyy stated that Russia wants to cut off Ukrainians’ access to the internet and communications.
In the Dnipro district of Kyiv, a residential area was destroyed as a result of a Russian attack on September 24. According to preliminary information, there were no fatalities among residents.
