People injured in Russian strike on a market in Kharkiv
On Monday, February 2, Russian forces struck a market in Kharkiv’s Slobidskyi district with a combat drone, injuring at least two people.
This was reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
“According to updated information from our Situation Center, the strike hit a market in the Slobidskyi district. As of now, two people are known to have been injured. Several торгові павільйони (market stalls) were also damaged,” he wrote on Telegram.
The incident occurred at around 02:30 p.m. As a result of the attack, two people were injured and several market stalls were damaged. Information on the scale of the destruction is being уточнюється (clarified).
On the night of February 1, Russian forces carried out a massive attack on Ukraine, using 90 drones, about 60 of which were Shahed-type attack UAVs.
In Dnipro, two people — a woman and a man — were killed as a result of an enemy UAV strike.
