A female employee of the thermal power plant was killed in shelling in Kherson
A female employee of the thermal power plant was killed as a result of Russian shelling of Kherson.
This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to him, a 66-year-old woman was hit by enemy fire around 2:00 p.m. She sustained fatal injuries.
Meanwhile, Russian troops shelled 38 settlements in the Kherson region throughout the day. At least nine people were wounded as a result of the attacks.
On March 24, Russian occupiers launched a massive attack on western regions of Ukraine using kamikaze drones. In Lviv, one of the drones struck a building in the city center, causing a fire.
This attack was part of a large-scale air offensive by Russia that on March 24 targeted several regions of Ukraine, including critical infrastructure facilities in the rear areas.
