A fire broke out at a railway station in the Simferopol district of Crimea following an attack

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, a large-scale fire broke out at the key "Proletna" railway station in the Simferopol district following a successful nighttime attack.

Russian military convoys, which the invaders use to supply their forces, were targeted.

Local residents clearly heard a powerful explosion in the area around 2:00 a.m., after which a major fire broke out.

Local partisans and eyewitnesses quickly confirmed the exact location where enemy shells or drones struck.

“During the night, there was an attack on trains standing at the Prolotna railway station in the Simferopol district, and a fire broke out,” according to reports from monitoring sources.

The situation around the affected railway junction is also confirmed by objective data from international space observations.

The "Crimean Wind" monitoring group, based on satellite imagery, recorded a fire at the station at that time, which intensified significantly within an hour.

Experts note that this may indicate either the detonation of cargo and a subsequent intensification of the fire, or a second strike on the facility.

As a reminder, Russia attacked the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, causing a fire.

Prior to this, Russian KABs struck the Zaporizhzhia region, resulting in injuries.
