In Kryvyi Rih, following a missile strike, patrol officers immediately arrived at the scene and began assisting people. They evacuated residents, provided first aid, and transported the seriously injured to hospitals. The police also ensured that emergency vehicles could pass and maintained order at the scene of the tragedy.

 

The patrol police released a video showing how its officers responded in the first minutes after the rocket strike on Kryvyi Rih. Law enforcement officers were among the first to arrive at the scene and immediately began helping people.

According to Oleksiy Biloshitsky, first deputy chief of the Patrol Police Department, bicycle patrol officers were the first to arrive near the impact site. “We immediately began surveying the area, provided first aid to the victims, and evacuated people from the danger zone,” the police reported.

The patrol officers worked nonstop. They helped those in shock, carried out the wounded, and handed them over to medical personnel. The seriously injured were immediately placed in police vehicles and quickly transported to hospitals. There was no time to wait for an ambulance—every minute counted.

 

Separately, law enforcement officers managed traffic. They cleared the roads for emergency services so that ambulances and rescue crews could reach the scene of the attack without delay. “We also managed traffic, ensured unimpeded passage for emergency vehicles, and maintained public order at the scene,” Biloshitsky added.

The attack resulted in fatalities and injuries. The police expressed their condolences to the families of the deceased and wished the injured a speedy recovery. “Unfortunately, the enemy attack has resulted in fatalities and injuries. We express our sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of those who died. We wish a speedy recovery to all those who were injured,” the department stated.
