In occupied Rubizhne, the pipe factory has been reduced to ruins

In Rubizhne, Luhansk region, which is under Russian occupation, there is practically nothing left of the local pipe factory — the enterprise has been completely destroyed.

According to the Luhansk Regional State Administration on Facebook, the factory’s territory now consists entirely of ruins.

"The occupiers claim they have found investors to restore the pipe factory in Rubizhne. However, only ruins remain of the industrial site. There are also a few former employees who still believe in a Russian engineering miracle," the administration noted.

The statement adds that in the so-called “LPR,” in recent years investors have periodically been “found” for damaged enterprises located near the front line, but beyond these loud claims, nothing actually moves forward.

For example, in one multi-story building in Sievierodonetsk, “on paper” heat has supposedly been supplied for three years. In reality, the heating system requires major repairs, which local residents have repeatedly pointed out. Because of these fake repairs, people cannot benefit from preferential electricity tariffs. The occupiers promised to begin restoring the heating system only in the fall of 2026.

According to Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, “Yesterday, the Russians carried out 17 assaults on two sections of the front — the Lyman and Sloviansk areas. On the territory of our region, they attempted to advance from the direction of Novovodyane. Overall, fighting took place near ten settlements. The enemy opened fire with tube artillery 18 times. Over 20 UAVs and FPV drones carried out their combat missions.”

Additionally, the Russian offensive in Pokrovsk has slowed down, as the enemy is trying to block Ukrainian logistics.
