In the Perm Krai of the Russian Federation, a call for women to enlist in the war against Ukraine has been issued
The administration of one of the districts in the Perm Krai has posted a job listing seeking women to serve as drone operators to participate in the war against Ukraine. Recruitment is being carried out through local authorities.
This is reported by Russian Telegram channels.
The announcement was published on the official page of the administration of the Uinsky Municipal District of the Perm Krai. At the beginning of the announcement, it is stated in capital letters that recruitment is being conducted exclusively among women—both for the position of UAV operator and for the position of driver with a Class B license for “transporting humanitarian aid.”
Women are promised approximately $2,100 and a one-time payment of approximately $15,000 for signing a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense, which is reportedly for a term of one year. “Free training from scratch” is also offered.
Age limits are set at 35 years old for candidates for the position of drone operator and 45 years old for drivers.
As a reminder, in the occupied territories, Russia is recruiting schoolchildren into drone units.
