For the first time since the war began, an alert was issued in Siberia due to drones

In Russia’s Novosibirsk Region, a drone alert was issued for the first time since the start of the full-scale war. The region is located more than 3,500 km from Ukraine.

The Russian emergency warning system reported a threat of a drone attack. This occurred after Ukrainian drones struck the Omsk oil refinery.

According to Ukrainian experts, long-range drones capable of striking targets up to 3,400 km from Ukraine’s state border may have been used in the attack.
