The DELTA system has launched an AI assistant for all users
The DELTA combat system has made the AI assistant available to all users. It currently processes about 25% of all requests received through the web widget.
The assistant operates within the secure DELTA environment and uses only the system’s designated knowledge sources. The app’s main purpose is to reduce the workload on the support team.
“From now on, anyone can get answers to frequently asked questions directly within the system interface without having to search for information in the documentation or contact support,” the agency emphasized.
Instead of searching for information in the documentation or waiting in line for a support response, users can get an answer immediately within the DELTA interface. This allows them to spend significantly less time searching for information and complete their tasks more quickly.
Before being made available to all users, the AI assistant underwent pilot testing among representatives of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that it systematically promotes the implementation of artificial intelligence within the Defense Forces to increase the effectiveness of striking enemy targets.
