In the Bucha District, approximately 80 facilities were damaged following the Russian Federation’s attack

In the Bucha District of the Kyiv Region, where an explosion occurred at warehouses containing military equipment following Russian shelling, preliminary data indicate that approximately 80 structures were damaged.

“Preliminary reports indicate that about 80 structures have been damaged—mostly private homes, as well as cars, a restaurant complex, and a high-rise building. Constant shelling and the threat of further strikes are making the work of rescue services, medical personnel, volunteers, law enforcement officers, and utility workers on the scene extremely difficult. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who is working selflessly today,” said Tkachenko.

He warned that it is still unsafe for people to return home. Rescue workers are still on the scene. An emergency response headquarters has been set up in the Dmytrivska community, where people are receiving all necessary assistance, information, psychological support, and hot meals.

In Mila, Kyiv Oblast, efforts to clear the rubble continue, and the death toll may rise, according to Zelenskyy.
