Ukrainian drones attacked an industrial facility in Togliatti, causing a fire
A large-scale fire broke out at the Togliattikauchuk plant in Togliatti, Russia, following a drone attack. Following the incident, a state of emergency was declared in the Samara Region due to the threat posed by drones, and airspace was temporarily closed.

At 2:37 a.m., Samara Region Governor Vyacheslav Fedoryshchev declared a “Drone Danger” alert.
The region is also under "Carpet" mode—airspace at all altitudes is temporarily closed.
Residents of Togliatti have been hearing loud explosions for at least 40 minutes—some windows are rattling.
Reports have appeared on social media of black plumes of smoke, which may indicate the destruction of drones.
What is this facility?
"Tolyattikauchuk" is a petrochemical enterprise that produces synthetic rubber and chemical components for tires and rubber products.
