A hospital in Odesa was damaged by a Russian strike

In Odesa, the building of the Consultative and Diagnostic Center at City Hospital No. 1 was damaged by a Russian attack. The strike damaged the roof and upper floors, and the blast wave shattered about 200 square meters of glass. Due to the damage, some of the medical offices will be temporarily closed.

 

The building in question is the Consultative and Diagnostic Center of City Hospital No. 1 in the Khadzhibey district of Odesa. The strike damaged the roof and upper floors of the building. The shock wave shattered approximately 200 square meters of glass. Windows were also shattered and interior doors were damaged.

As a result, some medical departments will temporarily suspend operations. The city council reported that the offices of the Consultative and Diagnostic Center will remain closed until Monday, September 28. The family clinic, women’s clinic, and other medical units located in this building will also temporarily stop accepting patients. “Until Monday, September 28, the offices of the Consultative and Diagnostic Center at City Hospital No. 1, as well as the family clinic, women’s clinic, and other medical departments located here, will be closed,” the Odesa City Council reported.

Specialists are currently inspecting the building and assessing all the damage. Afterward, they will determine whether it is safe to continue operating the facility and when the medical departments will be able to resume operations. City services are also working to address the aftermath of the Russian attack. The Odesa City Council reported on the consequences of the attack and released photos of the damaged building.

In Kyiv, internet disruptions occurred following the Russian Federation’s attack on a data center.

100,000 households in Kyiv and the surrounding region were left without stable internet access due to the Russian attack, according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

Since the evening of September 22, Russian troops have attacked two districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 10 times. The occupiers used drones and dropped aerial bombs; one person was injured as a result of the attacks.
