Since the start of the day, Russian troops have attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces 54 times. The heaviest fighting is taking place in the Sloviansk and Pokrovsk sectors.
According to military reports, the Russian army continues to shell border areas in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions. In the Sumy region, the following towns and villages came under fire: Bachivsk, Potapivka, Korenok, Ryzhivka, Volfyne, Hirky, Bezsalivka, Tovstodubove, Ulanove, Holyshivske, Stetskivka, Bunyachyne, Sopych, Neskuchne, Kucherivka, and Yastrubshchyna; and in the Chernihiv region—Bogdanove. Novi Vyrky and Tovstodubove were hit by airstrikes.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, the occupiers carried out 27 attacks on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas, including one using a multiple launch rocket system.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the Russians attempted six times to break through the defenses in the areas of Izbytske, Kutkivka, and Khatne. One engagement is ongoing.
In the Kupiansk sector, no enemy offensive actions were recorded.
In the Lyman sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled six attacks near Novoselivka, Drobyshove, and Novomykhailivka; two more clashes are ongoing.
The enemy was most active in the Sloviansk direction, where Ukrainian troops repelled 13 attacks in the areas of Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, Riznykivka, and Zakytne.
In the Kramatorsk sector, Russian troops launched one attack toward Tykhonivka.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled nine assaults in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, and Stepanivka. One clash is still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk sector, the occupiers made 12 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian units from their positions in the areas of Dorozhne, Rodynske, Hryshyne, Novopidhorodne, and in the direction of Vilne, Novyi Donbas, Myrne, and Serhiivka.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy made one attempt to advance toward Vorone.
In the Huliaipole sector, the Defense Forces repelled six attacks in the direction of Kosivtseve, Verkhnia Tersa, and Tsvitkove.
In the Orikhiv sector, Russian troops twice stormed Ukrainian positions near Mali Shcherbakiv and in the direction of Novoandriivka.
In the Dnipro sector, no enemy offensive actions were recorded.
The General Staff noted that no significant changes in the operational situation have occurred in other sectors at this time.

As a reminder, over the past 24 hours, 279 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines. Russian troops launched one missile strike using four missiles, carried out 88 airstrikes, dropping 295 guided bombs, deployed 9,922 kamikaze drones, and carried out 3,148 shelling attacks on the positions of the Defense Forces and populated areas, including 42 using multiple launch rocket systems.
