Video: Russians struck a substation in Odesa region, DTEK shows the aftermath

Russian forces struck energy infrastructure facilities in the Odesa region. As a result of the shelling, the Artsyz community was left without electricity, and the substation was almost completely destroyed.

This was reported by the Mayor of Artsyz, Serhii Parpulanskyi.

The energy company DTEK showed the consequences of the massive attack on the region.

According to energy workers, a quick restoration of electricity in the city itself should not be expected — reconnection is not forecast either in the coming days or over the next week.

The situation may be somewhat better in certain villages of the community, however, even there the outlook remains uncertain for now. Water supply in the city will be provided according to the previously approved schedule.

The community has begun deploying heating points and locations for charging mobile devices.

It is recalled that the Kherson Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHP) is under constant shelling by Russian forces, which complicates the elimination of the consequences of previous attacks.

In addition, Russian troops carried out another missile strike on Zaporizhzhia.
