Zakharova accused Denmark of aiding Ukrainian hackers
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova claimed that Ukrainian hackers and fraudsters are allegedly using Danish territory and Danish IP addresses to carry out cyberattacks against Russia.
According to her, Copenhagen is not only turning a blind eye to such activities but is also allegedly actively assisting Kyiv in the digital sphere. Zakharova claims that Denmark has supposedly become a springboard for cyberattacks against Russia.
The Russian official also cited an alleged specific instance in which the “IT Army of Ukraine” group used Danish territory to carry out malicious actions against Russia. At the same time, Zakharova did not provide any independent evidence to support her accusations.
“There is a specific known case of the criminal group ‘IT Army of Ukraine’ using Danish territory to carry out malicious actions against Russia,” Zakharova emphasized at a briefing.
