Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have eliminated another 1,490 Russian occupiers and more than 1,290 drones

The total combat losses of the Russian army since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine—from February 24, 2022, to July 11, 2026—have reached an estimated 1,417,770 soldiers.

In the past 24 hours alone, the Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated another 1,490 Russian occupiers.

As of July 11, 2026, the Russian army’s losses are as follows:

In addition, at least 3,589 foreigners have died fighting on Russia’s side during the full-scale war against Ukraine. Journalists from the BBC’s Russian Service reached these conclusions after analyzing open sources and conducting their own investigation.

Furthermore, on the night of July 8, attack drones of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a military airfield in Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Oblast, Russia. This airbase is home to aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which are used for both combat and training missions.

Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have reduced the strength of the Russian army by another 1,260 troops. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released updated data on enemy losses as of July 8, also reporting the destruction of a significant amount of enemy equipment.
