Video: The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a Russian "Nebo-U" radar at the Millerovo airfield
The long-range strike company of the 429th Separate "Achilles" Unmanned Systems Brigade struck the Russian "Nebo-U" radar station at the "Millerovo" military airfield in the Rostov Region of the Russian Federation.
The brigade noted that Ukrainian forces are establishing fire control over the “Millerovo” military airfield, located in the Rostov Region of the Russian Federation approximately 170 km from the line of contact.
“We are establishing fire control over the Millerovo military airfield in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation, 170 km from the front line. From there, the enemy regularly launches ‘Shaheds’ and other types of attack and reconnaissance drones,” Achilles reported.
According to military sources, it is from the “Millerovo” airfield that the Russian army regularly launches strike and decoy drones.
The 429th Brigade emphasized that Russian forces are using “Millerovo” to carry out airstrikes against Ukrainian regions.
“The Russian army is using the Millerovo airfield to carry out aerial terror against the eastern, central, and northern regions of Ukraine,” the brigade noted.
Thus, the destruction of the Russian “Nebo-U” radar station could impact the enemy’s ability to monitor the air situation in the vicinity of the military facility.
The estimated value of the destroyed Russian “Nebo-U” radar station is $100 million.
“Achilles” reported this on Facebook.
As a reminder, fighters from the “Forpost” Assault Guard Brigade of the Kramatorsk Border Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine detected a self-propelled artillery system belonging to Russian troops during an aerial reconnaissance mission.
Units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of important military facilities belonging to the Russian invaders, including the “Kasta” radar station, a UAV training center, a repair base, and warehouses.
