Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang joins Tsinghua advisory board — ECNS
In China, Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang has been appointed to the advisory board of the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. According to ECNS, AMD Chair and CEO Lisa Su and Pictet Group Senior Managing Partner Marc Pictet have also joined the board.
New board members
Five more executives were appointed to replace previous representatives of their companies. The board now includes BMW Chair Milan Nedeljković, Walmart CEO John Furner, Coca-Cola CEO Enrique Braun, General Atlantic Co-President and Global Head of Growth Equity Martin Escobari, and BP CEO Meg O’Neill.
The school said that the previous representatives of these companies left the board due to changes in their professional roles.

Meeting in Beijing
The next advisory board meeting is scheduled to take place in Beijing on October 13 and 14, 2026. It will be the board’s 27th annual meeting since its establishment.
The advisory board was established in 2000 to strengthen the school’s ties with the global business community and support its teaching and research activities. Apple CEO Tim Cook currently serves as chair of the board.
