Lukashenko claimed that the Vatican and the Jewish lobby tricked Putin into withdrawing his troops from Kyiv

Lukashenko claimed that the Vatican and the Jewish lobby tricked Putin into withdrawing his troops from Kyiv

Belarus’s self-proclaimed president, Alexander Lukashenko, has spouted yet another round of delusions, claiming that in 2022 the Vatican and the Jewish lobby, acting on behalf of Volodymyr Zelenskyy, promised to make peace, which is why Vladimir Putin ordered Russian troops to withdraw from Kyiv.

According to him, if the Russian army had continued its offensive, no one would have been left in the Ukrainian capital, and before the Kremlin took this step, everyone understood that Ukraine’s days were numbered.

Lukashenko noted that in the war, now in its fifth year, no one has been able to achieve their stated goals, though Russian troops are advancing more successfully. Lukashenko also advised Zelenskyy to calm down, not to provoke the Belarusians, and to be more cautious. Earlier, the Belarusian leader had claimed that the Ukrainian president suffered from alleged mental disorders, while Zelenskyy stated that Russia was attempting to draw Minsk deeper into the war and threatened to take preemptive action.

Lukashenko spoke about this in an interview with the Al Arabiya television channel.

As a reminder, Belarus has begun military exercises simulating the use of nuclear weapons.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia is trying to draw Belarus deeper into the war against Ukraine and is considering new scenarios for aggression from its territory.
