Poland has submitted an official extradition request to the United States for former Minister of Justice and former Prosecutor General Zbigniew Ziobro, who is currently in the United States.
The news emerged shortly after Polish Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek contacted U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to request clarification on the legal basis for Ziobro’s presence in the country.
Details of the case and the further consideration of the extradition request are not being disclosed at this time.
