Prince Harry and his wife Meghan have returned to the United Kingdom with their two children after six years of living in California. According to ABC News Australia, the family arrived in the country on Wednesday.

British media reported that the family's private jet landed at Birmingham International Airport at around noon local time. As ABC News Australia notes, publicly available flight-tracking data confirm this report.
Last week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex unexpectedly announced their intention to move to Britain with their children. According to the outlet, the family may settle in a private residence in the Cotswolds region near London.

Harry and Meghan stepped down from royal duties in early 2020 and moved to Montecito near Santa Barbara. This happened amid a deterioration in their relationship with the royal family.
The children's education and contact with the king
Seven-year-old Archie and five-year-old Lilibet have already been enrolled in a British school. The last time the entire Sussex family was in the United Kingdom together was during the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022.
ABC News Australia also reports that Harry's relationship with his father, King Charles III, may have improved recently following a visit last month. In July, the duke visited the United Kingdom on Invictus Games business and later brought his family from their holiday home in Portugal, giving the king an opportunity to see his grandchildren for the first time in four years.
