Tokyo pizzeria PST, known for its Neapolitan-style pizza, will close its establishment in Singapore’s Tanjong Pagar district on October 31, 2026. The restaurant began operating in June 2025, meaning its Singapore venture will last 16 months.

Last day of operation

PST announced the closure on Instagram, describing the establishment’s operation as an unforgettable journey. On October 31, the restaurant on Tanjong Pagar Road will serve its last pizzas.

As Channel NewsAsia reports, PST founder and chef Tsubasa Tamaki partnered in Singapore with JAP Dining Concepts Pte Ltd under a franchise model. JAP Dining Concepts also operates the sio pasta and Sushidan establishments in the city.

The closure was called a pause

A representative of JAP Dining Concepts said that the closure does not necessarily mean PST’s final farewell to Singapore. The team is considering the next stage of the brand’s development in the city and called the cessation of operations a pause.

PST said it made the decision after reviewing plans for the Singapore establishment and its broader restaurant portfolio. The team also said that the PST concept remains important to it, and that details of further plans will be announced after they are finalized.
