The total revenue of the industry reached 1.8 trillion yuan (252 billion USD). On average, nearly 600 million parcels were sent daily domestically and internationally. The largest logistics hubs formed in the Yangtze River Delta, the Greater Bay Area (Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macau), and the Chengdu–Chongqing region. Since the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021–2025), China has established the world’s largest express delivery network.
The continued expansion of this network will further improve domestic and international transport efficiency, supporting the growth of e-commerce and the broader economy.
