Richard Gere called Trump a con artist
Hollywood actor Richard Gere sharply criticized U.S. President Donald Trump, calling him a “fraud” and stating that he has harmed many people.
According to the actor, Trump’s personality was shaped by a difficult childhood. Gere also expressed his belief that the current period of authoritarian tendencies around the world is coming to an end, and that the political situation will eventually change.
“He is a con artist who has destroyed so much. He has caused pain to so many people and led to so many deaths. But this will end someday,” the actor said.
Gere added that he hopes for a return to democratic values and believes that humanity must learn from current events and become more responsible.
