Romania invests $1 billion in Dracula theme park near Bucharest
Romania is constructing a massive $1 billion entertainment resort called "Dracula" near Bucharest, poised to become one of Europe’s largest tourist and leisure destinations. This development aims to attract millions of visitors and boost the country’s tourism sector.
The project will cover an area of 160 hectares and feature a themed park spanning 780,000 sq. m., three hotels with a total of 1,200 rooms, a water park, a thermal spa, racing tracks, and much more. The park is scheduled to open in 2027, demonstrating rapid progress in its implementation.
This ambitious venture is expected to significantly enhance Romania’s tourist appeal, create thousands of jobs, and establish a major family entertainment hub for years to come.
