Saudi Arabia launches unified electronic package for Hajj — Asharq Al-Awsat
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the launch of a comprehensive electronic services package for foreign pilgrims for the next Hajj season. The package is intended to combine key services from arrival to departure under a single electronic contract on the Electronic Path platform.
Services under one contract
The package covers four main areas: services at the holy sites, accommodation in Mecca and Medina, transportation, and food services. Additional services are also available to improve the pilgrims’ experience.

As Asharq Al-Awsat reports, Hajj affairs offices and agencies from other countries will be able to create programs for different groups of pilgrims. A clear and flexible contracting system has been provided for this purpose.
Preparations for the Hajj season
The ministry said that the launch of the package is part of early preparations for the next Hajj season. The initiative was linked to the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
