Donald Trump stated that U.S. ammunition stocks have dwindled, in part due to large-scale arms deliveries to Ukraine during Joe Biden’s presidency. According to Trump, Washington has provided Ukraine with military aid totaling approximately $300 billion.
Trump said that in the U.S., “everything is fine with ammunition.”
“But the reason there’s less of it—even though we’re ramping up production like crazy—is that he (Joe Biden. — Ed.) gave ($300 billion worth of ammunition—Ed.) to Ukraine. He gave it all away. You know, they never mention that. They don’t like to mention it,” said the U.S. leader.
According to the U.S. president, he also provided ammunition to Ukraine, but “they have to pay.”
“That is, the European Union. I gave it to the European Union; they have the money, and they pay the full price,” he added.
He made these remarks in an interview with host Wayne Root.
