At a medium-security prison in Nsawam, Ghana, 37 inmates took an examination to obtain a teaching license. Those who had completed degree programs were admitted to the test.

The examination took place on Monday, September 14, 2026, directly at the penitentiary institution. According to MyJoyOnline, the test was conducted under the strict supervision of two external invigilators with the support of Ghana Prison Service staff.
