Fire near Lekma Hospital contained in Ghana — MyJoyOnline
The Ghana National Fire Service has brought under control a fire involving several commercial containers at Ebenezer Junction on the Teshie-Lekma Road, near Lekma Hospital. MyJoyOnline reports.
Commercial containers damaged
The fire engulfed containers used for various commercial activities. According to the outlet, a container used by a vulcanizer sustained significant damage.
The incident occurred in a busy commercial area along the Teshie-Lekma Road. Three fire engines from the Trade Fair, Kasapreko and National Fire Service Headquarters stations were deployed to contain the fire.

Property salvage operations continue
The Ghana National Fire Service said on Facebook that the fire had been brought under control and property salvage operations were continuing. Firefighters are trying to prevent the fire from reigniting and secure the area.
