China launches regular Jiaxing–Chicago cargo route — ECNS
China has launched a regular international cargo air route between Jiaxing and Chicago. A Suparna Airlines cargo aircraft departed from Jiaxing Nanhu Airport on Tuesday, ECNS reports.
Connection with North America
The new route operates under the supervision of Jiaxing Customs in Zhejiang Province. It provides direct air cargo connectivity between the Yangtze River Delta and North America.

The Yangtze River Delta region includes Shanghai, the provinces of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, as well as parts of Anhui Province. Thanks to the new route, the region has gained a more efficient logistics link to North American markets.
Route to Luxembourg
On Monday, China Postal Airlines also opened Zhejiang Province's first direct cargo route to Luxembourg from Jiaxing Nanhu Airport. According to ECNS, the launch of two international cargo routes on two consecutive days increased requirements for customs supervision and service efficiency.
