In Nigeria, Iyinoluwa Aboyeji has stepped down as a non-executive director on the board of directors of Learn Africa Plc, the country’s largest educational publisher. His resignation took effect on September 7.
The company announced the personnel decision in a regulatory filing signed by DCSL Corporate Services Limited as company secretary. Premium Times Nigeria reports.

Learn Africa said that Aboyeji contributed to the company’s development in the field of educational technology. The board of directors thanked him for his dedicated work and strategic recommendations, which, according to the publisher, contributed to the company’s growth in this area.

Aboyeji and Learn Africa
Iyinoluwa Aboyeji is a general partner and co-founder of Future Africa, as well as a co-founder of Andela and Flutterwave. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo, is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, advises the governments of African countries, and serves on the boards of directors of several corporations.
Learn Africa was founded in August 1961 as a book publishing house, a subsidiary of Longman Group (UK) Limited, now Pearson Education Limited. The publisher has more than 5,000 titles and a staff of more than 210 employees in various parts of Nigeria. The company distributes imported Longman Group publications and creates original materials in English and local languages.
