Woman's body found in Jos nature reserve — Premium Times Nigeria
The body of a woman was found in the Wildlife Park Forest Reserve in the city of Jos, Nigeria. It was discovered on the morning of September 17 near a stream on the reserve’s grounds in the Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State.
Security agency representatives arrived at the scene
As Premium Times Nigeria reports, security sources said there were suspected machete wound marks on the deceased woman’s face and arm. Security agency representatives were notified of the discovery at around 9:30 a.m., after which they arrived at the reserve.

A park worker who wished to remain anonymous said that staff found the body in the morning and immediately contacted the security agencies. According to him, their representatives began an initial examination of the scene and were establishing the circumstances of the incident.

According to the publication, security agencies launched an investigation to establish the identity of the deceased and determine how she died.
