In Pakistan, petrol falls by 3.13 rupees per liter, diesel rises
In Pakistan, the price of MS-92 petrol was reduced by 3.13 Pakistani rupees per liter, while HSD diesel rose by 3.74 rupees. After the revision, petrol costs 345.87 rupees per liter and diesel costs 378.05 rupees.
Official fuel prices
According to Dawn, the prices are stated in notices from Pakistan’s Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and the Ministry of Energy. These are official ex-depot prices. In the chart dated September 4, petrol cost 349 rupees per liter, while HSD cost 374.31 rupees per liter.

Price dynamics in 2026
During 2026, prices for these fuel types changed significantly. On April 3, petrol cost 458.41 rupees per liter and diesel cost 520.35 rupees per liter. The lowest petrol price shown in the chart was recorded on July 4, at 297.53 rupees per liter; diesel cost 309.50 rupees that day.
Starting from July 21, the data indicate a daily pricing mechanism. Since then, petrol and diesel figures in the chart have been updated daily.
