In Pakistan, police detained 35-year-old Gulshan Bibi on suspicion of killing her husband, Muhammad Khalid, and injuring their three daughters in Chak 126 GB of Jaranwala tehsil. Dawn reports.
Police version
According to law enforcement, an argument broke out between Gulshan Bibi and her 40-year-old husband before the attack over the family’s financial situation and other domestic issues. Police claim that the woman attacked her husband and daughters with a cleaver: 10-year-old Anika, eight-year-old Anaya, and four-year-old Aiza.

Hospitalization of the victims
Muhammad Khalid and the girls were taken to THQ Hospital in Jaranwala. Doctors referred the man to Allied Hospital in Faisalabad, where he died from his injuries.
According to the outlet, Gulshan Bibi was detained on Wednesday. The condition of the injured girls was not specified in the report.
