11 reported killed in southern Lebanon as a result of Israeli strikes

At least 11 people, including two infants, were killed in southern Lebanon as a result of overnight Israeli airstrikes. Another five people were injured in the town of Kafr Rumman near Nabatieh, Anadolu Agency reports, citing Lebanon's state-run NNA agency.

Strike on a residential building

According to NNA, after midnight Israeli military aircraft struck a three-story residential building in Kafr Rumman. The building was completely destroyed. Rescue teams recovered nine bodies from beneath the rubble, including the bodies of two infants. Five people were injured.

Deaths of paramedics

Separately, an Israeli drone, according to NNA, attacked a civilian vehicle in Kafr Rumman. As a result, two paramedics who were in the vehicle and represented the Islamic Risala Scout Association were killed.

Israeli aircraft also carried out a series of strikes on Nabatieh al-Fawqa and Arabsalim, where a house was destroyed. In addition, the Israeli army had earlier warned of the evacuation of a building in Deir ez-Zahrani, which, according to NNA, was destroyed about 22 minutes after the warning.
