In the Gaza Strip, the IDF killed two Hamas commanders

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported carrying out a series of precision airstrikes on targets in the Gaza Strip, which, according to Israeli sources, resulted in the elimination of two high-ranking Hamas militants.

During the operation, Muhammad al-Abda was killed; according to the Israeli military, he was responsible for Hamas’s logistics and supply operations.

According to the IDF, al-Abda was involved in smuggling weapons into the Gaza Strip, organized the construction of tunnels for delivering weapons and ammunition, and supplied militants with weapons both before the war began and during the hostilities.

Along with him, according to the Israeli army, field commander Ahmad Main Muhammad Ankara was killed.

The IDF stated that both militants had recently been involved in planning attacks against Israeli military personnel and civilians.

“Recently, both militants were actively planning terrorist attacks against Israeli military personnel and civilians. They posed a direct threat to Israeli forces and were eliminated by precision airstrikes,” the IDF press service reported.

At this time, no independent confirmation of this information or comments from Hamas regarding the Israeli military’s statement have been released.

This was reported by the IDF press service.

Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump announced the achievement of what he called a “historic agreement,” which calls for the complete disarmament of Hamas and other armed groups in the Gaza Strip.
