Drone attacks tanker carrying Iraqi fuel oil in Iraqi waters
According to The Jerusalem Post, a drone attacked the Panama-flagged tanker New Andros in Iraq’s territorial waters on Wednesday. Two port officials reported the incident.

According to them, the vessel was carrying 2 million barrels of Iraqi fuel oil. This volume of cargo was aboard the New Andros at the time of the attack.
Fire extinguished
A fire broke out aboard the tanker. Iraqi rescue boats extinguished the fire on the vessel, port officials said.
