One person was killed and five others were wounded in a shooting in Israel – Reuters

In central Israel, near the occupied West Bank, one person was killed and five others were wounded in a shooting. 

The incident occurred in three separate areas near the Palestinian city of Qalqilya. A large police presence remains at the scene, and the search for the perpetrators is ongoing.

Local media identified the deceased as a 35-year-old Israeli citizen. According to the Israeli emergency medical service, the man died from gunshot wounds. There is currently no official information regarding the attackers’ motives or the arrest of any suspects.
