Youth unemployment in China declines despite ongoing challenges
The unemployment rate among young Chinese individuals aged 16 to 24 fell from 17.3% to 16.9%. This decrease followed a sharp rise in August, when a record number of university graduates—12.2 million—entered the labour market.
