Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said he is not happy to be running for office again, but feels compelled to do so.
According to him, if the decision were up to him personally, he would have chosen another candidate, since this position carries great responsibility. At the same time, after the “United Russia” party unanimously nominated him for another term, he agreed to continue participating in the election campaign.
