Reform UK's deputy leader is under investigation for a possible conflict of interest
Richard Tice, deputy leader of the British right-wing populist party Reform UK, is the subject of a parliamentary investigation into a possible violation of conflict-of-interest disclosure requirements. The investigation was launched on July 28, according to European Truth, citing The Telegraph.
The investigation is being conducted by Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards Daniel Greenberg. The Parliamentary Committee on Standards has not disclosed details of the case, noting that it concerns the MP’s possible failure to comply with rules on the declaration of interests.

According to The Telegraph, the investigation may focus on Tays’s alleged failure to declare interests related to Israel during his speech in the House of Commons.
Earlier, the UK also launched an investigation into Reform UK leader Nigel Farage. The investigation concerns a 5 million pound gift from billionaire Christopher Garborn, which Farage received several months before his election to the House of Commons. Farage denies the allegations and has announced his resignation from Parliament, while also stating his intention to run again for the House of Commons in a by-election.
