Zelenskyy Warned Europe of Political Turbulence
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that, with the start of the new political season, Europe may face a period of political instability.
According to the head of state, Ukraine needs stable support, consistency in its relations with partners, and, consequently, a modern approach from its diplomatic corps.
“Our diplomacy also has very clear objectives; this involves communicating with partners in a way that will ensure Ukraine has greater strength even amid the political turbulence that Europe may face with the start of the new political season,” the president said, without providing further details.
He made these remarks during an evening address on Wednesday.
Zelenskyy dismissed Iryna Mudra from her position as deputy head of the Presidential Office.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) announced a special operation to expose a criminal organization that, according to preliminary data, operated under the leadership of current and former members of the Ukrainian Parliament and with the participation of high-ranking officials from the Office of the President and other individuals.
As part of the “Forest Gump” anti-corruption special operation, searches are also being conducted at the residence of Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Iryna Mudra.
NABU and the SAPO have released wiretap recordings in connection with the “Forest Gump” anti-corruption special operation.
