On April 1, Zelenskyy will hold a video conference with the U.S. and NATO

A video conference involving key Ukrainian and American negotiators will take place tomorrow. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will join the conversation. The main goal is to discuss progress on trilateral agreements and next steps. The Ukrainian president announced this during a conversation with journalists at the “Bucha Summit 2026.”

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced an important video conference scheduled for tomorrow with key negotiators from Ukraine and the United States. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will also join the conversation.

“A video call with the American side was scheduled for tomorrow. I will join in; they also asked me to. I discussed this last night with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. We agreed that he, I, Witkoff, Kushner, and Lindsey Graham will discuss where we stand and how close we are to trilateral agreements or at least to trilateral meetings. Therefore, we will have relevant contacts tomorrow,” the President said during the “Bucha Summit 2026.”

Zelenskyy also clarified that the head of the Ukrainian negotiating team, NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov, is currently in Turkey. “We are continuing important negotiations with several countries,” the President added, emphasizing that diplomatic efforts are underway on several fronts simultaneously.

The main goal of the conference is to clarify the positions of the parties and move closer to concrete agreements in a trilateral format involving Ukraine, the U.S., and NATO.

Analysts note that such contacts are important for coordinating Ukraine’s security and political steps amid the ongoing war.
