Several well-known actors have joined the cast of the third season of the series "Wednesday." Among them are Lena Headey ("Game of Thrones"), as well as Andrew McCarthy and James Lance.
The actors join previously announced cast members: Eva Green, who will play Morticia’s sister; Winona Ryder in a role whose details have not been disclosed; as well as Chris Sarandon, Noah Taylor, Oscar Morgan, and Kennedy Moyer.
Like previous seasons, the third season is being filmed in Dublin. Jenna Ortega will once again play the role of Wednesday Addams. Viewers last saw her when she and Uncle Fester (Fred Armisen) set out to rescue her friend and roommate Enid (Emma Myers), who was trapped as an alpha werewolf.
The series is based on characters created by Charles Addams. It was developed by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, who also serve as showrunners and executive producers. Tim Burton serves as director and executive producer.
